rutina.<sup>1<\/sup><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"   mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph mhh-mcn-v1-paragraph--6aa3a2189815f38789cb697162ac5cba\" dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en-US\">La revacunaci\u00f3n es recomendada en personas de 2 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s que tengan un mayor riesgo de infecci\u00f3n neumoc\u00f3cica grave y en aquellos que tienen un descenso r\u00e1pido en los niveles de anticuerpos, siempre y cuando hayan pasado al menos 5 a\u00f1os de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la primera dosis de <strong>PNEUMOVAX 23.<\/strong><sup>1<\/sup><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"mhh-mcn-v1-column anemia drepanoc\u00edtica o esplenectom\u00eda), infecci\u00f3n por VIH, leucemia, linfoma, enfermedad de Hodgkin, mieloma m\u00faltiple, enfermedad maligna diseminada, enfermedad renal cr\u00f3nica, s\u00edndrome nefr\u00f3tico u otras condiciones asociadas con inmunosupresi\u00f3n (por ejemplo, trasplante de m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea), y aquellos que reciben quimioterapia inmunosupresora (incluyendo
